- Data integration based on revolution speed
There are some measurement scenes that are difficult to analyze using tracking analysis, which constantly tracks the rotation speed.
One example is the evaluation of the noise and vibration of air conditioning equipment when the compressor speed increases depending on the setting (low, medium, high).
Sound and vibration are measured and evaluated at stable rotation speeds in each of the weak, medium, and strong modes. After measurement, the results of each rotation speed can be integrated to obtain results similar to the rotation tracking data.
Not only the results of each operating mode setting but also the overall trends in product operation can be visualized, making it possible to improve the efficiency of performance evaluations and quality inspections.
