The O-Solution is software that can easily compare large amount of time-series data and analyze a wide variety of data. In addition to the frequency analysis such as FFT analysis, FFT tracking analysis, and Octave analysis, there are various functions such as Digital filter function. By connecting to the DS-5000 Data Station, you can perform measurement and analysis in real time smoothly switching in one application, which helps to improve work efficiency.

Case study

Sound analysis of motor with Sound level meter

The sound generated from a motor can be recorded with the Sound level meter and analyzed in detail with the O-Solution. By importing the data (wav format) recorded by the Sound level meter into the O-Solution, playback of sound, frequency analysis, and Octave analysis can be performed on a PC.

Analyzing bench data

It enables to analyze multiple channels' data such as motor shaft torque, motor rotation speed, engine shaft torque, dynamo rotation, engine rotation, and torque command value.
Displaying the entire waveform or the enlarged waveform of recorded data, searching data are available. The large volumes of time series data can be easily analyzed with using various calculation functions such as event counter, resampling, moving average, effective value calculation.

Automatic measurement / analysis using external control function

Using the library for the external control function (O-Step API), the O-Solution can be controlled from the user's application via TCP/IP. It enables to automate repetitive tasks and simplify analyzing large volumes of data.
