For the VT-5200/5700 series Non contact Displacement Meter, it is impossible to replace and use several VE series Gap Detectors with one amplifier. The amplifier has been calibrated for one-to-one each other with the detector.

For the CL-5600 series Thickness Meter amplifier, you can register up to 6 calibration values of VE series Gap Detector for A and B channels. In addition, you can select which Gap Detector to use by the condition menu and replace it. An amplifier for the CL-5600 series Thickness Meter has the SENSOR-A/B terminals that enable to output the linearized analog signal with high response. This output is useful for the high speed response for the difference of the rotation axis displacement measurement, but each sensor has the corrective Gap Detector and cannot be used to another one. Please be aware that you cannot select the sensor with the condition menu.
