Tachometer FAQ
1. Measurement accuracy
It is the accuracy of the rotation speed value obtained by measurement.
♦ ± 2 × rotation speed resolution [r / min] ± 1 count
* Rotation speed resolution = Frequency range [Hz] ÷ 6400 × 60 ÷ Number of set
pulses [P / R]*The accuracy of the rotation speed depends on the frequency range.
2. Setting precision
It is the accuracy of the frequency value set at the time of measurement.
♦ ±0.5 % of F.S.
(Example)
When the setting frequency is set to 10,000 Hz in the 10 kHz range, it means that the actual setting value is fluctuating within the range of 9950 to 10050 Hz.
3. Linearity
Linearity of analog voltage output of rotation speed.
♦ ±0.3 % of F.S.
(Example)
The measured value when the setting frequency is set to 10,000 Hz in the 10 kHz range is that there is variation in the range of 9.97 to 10.03 V.
