VX-1100

VX-1100 is for a piezoelectric type accelerometer which is widely used for measuring vibration. This compact calibrator is effective for checking operation(sensitivity) sensors before measurement to acquire accurate data.

Built-in sensor amplifier and display in one unit allows direct reading of the sensitivity. This calibrator excites the sensor at a frequency of 159 Hz and acceleration of 10 m/s² rms, and the sensor outputs can be used as calibration signals for a vibration measuring system.

*1 All the values are "10" as for vibration speed is 10 mm/s and vibration displacement is 10µm when it is vibrated by a sine wave (vibration acceleration 10 m/s² , frequency 159.2 Hz).

● BNC/marco conversion adapter (NP-0021) is required depending on a sensor. Please contact your nearest distributor or Ono Sokki sales office for details.

● Sensitivity display of following sensors are not supported.NP-2106, 2506, 3211, 3331N20, 3560B, 3572, 3574, 3576N10, 3578N10, and 7310.

● The VX-1100 cannot display correct sensitivity of tri-axial accelerometers. Please use other corresponding sensor amplifiers and calculate the sensitivity by that output value.
