The LV-1700 series Laser Vibrometer enables minute vibration measurement and analysis in high-accurate resolution. With being adopting the improved optical system, furthermore refurbishing signal processing system and a platform, the brand new Laser Vibrometer can realize high sensitivity at 20 dB much than that of our conventional products and catch up vibration in high S/N ratio.
The sensor head is designed to be compact and light weight (approx. 650 g), which an interferometer system is built in, and can approach to a measuring object closer to min. 100 mm in the standard specification. In addition, it provides good operationality as a level indicator is featured on its sensor head, so that signal detection condition can be monitored easily.
Furthermore, using a variety of optional functions and accessories, it may expand its application and enables minute vibration detection on precise and delicate objects or structure, thin membranes, transparent films, rotating discs, and the like, which can not be activated by a contact type vibration sensor. With non-contact detection method, vibration measurement through the glass and on an object in high temperature can also be available.
Example of applications; | |
• | Transfer function measurement of optical pickups used for CD, MO and DVD |
• | Vibration measurement on each component of HDD |
• | Structure analysis of movable mechanism |
• | Vibration measurement of thin membranes such like microphone of cellular phone or receiver |
• | Vibration measurement of parts, devices or components for automotive related, plant facilities and micro-machines |
In combination with an FFT analyzer, vibration can be analyzed and monitored as visible data in high resolution.
Combining the LV-1700 Series with the LV-0155 objective lens and the LV-0180 video monitor unit enables vibration detection of ultra-small objects.
Features
· High sensitivity
With being adopting the improved optical system, it can realize high sensitivity at 20 dB much than that of our conventional products and catch up vibration in high S/N ratio.
· Compact and light weight
A sensor head is just approx. 650 g including lens and can be stored in the housing section of the amplifier. The brand new LV-1700 series is designed in all-in-one concept and overall weight is just approx. 12 kg. A sensor head section can be stored in the housing section of the amplifier.
· High safety
Light source is specified as Class 2 with max. 1 mW output in red color visible light. (approx. 633 nm) For highly safety reason, interlock function, remote shutter and key switch are equipped as standard accessories.
* Light source conforms to following laser safety standards; Class 2 in JIS C 6802, IEC 60825-1 : 2001, FDA CDRH
· Approaching to an object much closer
With an interferometer system being built in, and can approach to a measuring object closer to min. 100mm* in the standard specification. In addition, it provides good operability as a level indicator is featured on its sensor head, so that signal detection condition can be monitored easily.
* from the edge of lens
· Good operationality
As the signal level indicator and error detection display are featured on the sensor head. It may get signal condition monitoring much easier even the amplifier section is located far from the sensor head.
· CCD video monitor unit
CCD video camera unit option can monitor a spot on a measuring object at approx. 60-fold magnification so that laser beam spot can be set and adjusted precisely in the same axis of the sensor head. Thus, it may project laser beam more properly even a measuring object is a small, compact and delicate structure.
· A variety of optional functions and accessories
A variety of optional functions of the fringe counter unit, 20 MHz wide range unit and other peripheral accessories such like 90° reflection mirror and so on, it's not just for signal detection, but also data analysis in combination with FFT analysis for evaluation of frequency characteristics.
