By combining the latest developed VE series Electrostatic capacitance-type Gap detector, the Electrostatic capacitance-type Non-contact Displacement Meter VT series can measure the gap/displacement between a measurement target (conductors such as iron, aluminum, copper, and various metal plating) and a sensor with high accuracy without contact.
The gap/displacement between a bottom surface of the VE series sensor and the surface of a target is measured using each of electrostatic capacitance.
There are 4 models of lineup. VT-5210, 5710 support 4 kHz of response frequency, VT-5220, 5720 support 10 kHz of response frequency. The VT-5700 series is a compact and easy to install.
It is efficient to measure and control shaft deviation and plane deflection of rotating machines such as turbines, electric motors, compressors, and flatness and thickness of conductors such as silicon wafers and hard disks.
Since it is non-contact detection, the rotating or vibrating target can be measured without load.
