Quantity of reflective light of optical fiber sensor might change periodically when there is unevenness or black line on a rotational shaft. The FT-1500 measures rotational speed by using this periodic change. It allows to measure rotation which rotational shaft is too thin to affix reflective mark, or such as fan motor even though the light might not be reflected straight.

Applicable rotational shaft of diameter: approx. 5mm or more

Two staged, upper-/lower-limit comparator output function is provided as standard which is useful to make OK, LOWER, or UPPER decision in production line use.
