1. Torque voltage output
The analog voltage of torque is outputted from the TRQ OUT connector on the rear panel. The output voltage of full scale is ±10 V regardless of the RANGE of the torque detector.

63 ms is selected when parameter 1 to 2 in the internal setting section is set to ON. At the time of shipment, the parameter is set to OFF (500ms).
Calibration is performed while monitoring the display of a digital multimeter (digital voltmeter). Prepare it.
1. Connect the digital voltmeter and TRQ OUT terminal on the rear panel.
2. Change the MEAS/CAL switch to CAL.
3. Adjust the digital voltmeter to display 0 V by rotating the potentiometer of REV ZERO.
4. Press the TRQ ZERO switch until the LED is turned ON. In this step, the full scale value is outputted, so adjust it to display 10 V by rotating the potentiometer of ANALOG ADJ TRQ FULL. The LED is turned OFF as soon as it turned ON.
*ZERO→FULL operation can be repeated by keeping the TRQ ZERO switch pressed until the LED lights up.
5. Changeover the MEAS/CAL switch to MEAS.
6. Start measurement.
2. Rotation voltage output
<Note>
|
Rotation analog voltage is output from the REV OUT connector on the rear panel. Set the P/R switch in the internal setting section according to the tooth count of the gear for rotation detection. 10 V is output when the indication is 9999.
Connect the digital voltmeter and TRQ OUT terminal on the rear panel.
