Check the following points.

Conceivable cause ①:Hardware not supported is used

 

 

Check that the hardware used meets the requirements for FRAME LINK2 connection.

 

 

 

 

Conceivable cause ②:No cable connection

 

Check that AX-9035/9036 (Unit connection cable) or AX-9041 (USB connection cable) is connected.
It may be not connected firmly or slipped off.

 

 

 

Conceivable cause ③:Wrong connection method

 

Check that the DS-3200 series main unit is connected properly. See the following procedure to check the connection method.

 

 

<Connection order of the DS-3200 series main unit>
The connection of the DS-3200 series main unit to the connection terminal of the DS-0394 should be started from UNIT 1. The connection order should be (UNIT 1 → UNIT 2 → UNIT 3 → UNIT 4)
Skipping the first terminal (Unit 1) or skipping a middle numbered terminal and connect to the next one causes connection error.
