How to judge if it exceeds the Upper limit or drops below the Lower limit in the NG judgment when the judgment result is "NG" because of out-of-range of the upper or lower limit?

*For the setting of comparator, please refer to the "Simplified Operation of CF-4500 FFT Comparator"

  • Use 2 blocks of 1 and 2

Set the position and size of the block the same.
Select Upper for the COMP LIMIT of the block 1 judgment.
Select Lower for the COMP LIMIT of the block 2 judgment.
Turn ON the ONE of the NG OUT of the COMP COND.
(If any of one block is judged as NG, the total judgment result becomes NG)

  • Select NG or OK output of the JUDGE OUT of the OUTPUT RELAY.

Set as follows in the setting of MEMORY OUT of the OUTPUT RELAY;
OUT1: Block 1
OUT2: Block 2

BLOCK OUT of the rear panel terminal block becomes short circuit (conducted to COM) with COM when the judgment is OK.

When the value exceeds the upper limit, the BLOCK OUTPUT 1 becomes OFF, and BLOCK OUTPUT 2 becomes OK (short circuit).
When the value drops below the lower limit, the BLOCK OUTPUT 1 becomes ON (short circuit), and BLOCK OUTPUT 2 becomes OFF.

Check the STATUS OUT, if the judgment is NG, check which one of BLOCK OUT 1 or 2 is in the NG state.
