New three models of integrating sound level meter LA-1411/1441(Class 2) and LA-4441 (Class 1) are applicable to IEC 61672-1:2002, JIS C 1509- 1:2005. The all models can perform simultaneous measurement of seven sound parameters including equivalent continuous sound level without adjusting the level range corresponding to the sound fluctuation and display the selected parameters.

The microphone is able to be used away from the main unit of sound level meter by using exclusive coaxial cable(s). Featuring curve-shaped body with minimum affects from sound reflection, easy-to-read and intuitive operating menu etc., our new sound level meters have greatly improved more than ever easier as ergonomically designed interface.

Moreover, LA-1441/4441 sound level meters can transfer the measurement result to a PC with simple and quick operation via RS-232C or USB interface. The sound level meter can be controlled remotely from PC using software (user preparation).

Essential seven sound items for sound measurement including equivalent continuous sound level (Leq) can be measured at the same time, and also displayed to be selected. The new LA series sound level meters greatly help the effective sound level measurement without any miss-measurement.

Simple and easy data processing

Connecting the main unit of sound level meter with Windows-based PC via RS-232C or USB cable, the new LA series can transfer the obtained measurement data to the PC easily and quickly, also can be operated and controlled remotely from PC with a software (user preparation).

LA-0141 Comparator output function

Outline This optional function outputs the signal when value exceeds the setting value. Useful for the determination of sound level under measurement.
Set comparison value 40.0 to 130.0 dB(in increment of 0.1 dB)

It can be used for the determination only when the measured value keeps exceeding against the setting value. Error-determination caused from single-shot sound can be avoided. When HOLD setting is manual, setting to delay conditions is automatically deactivated.

It is a time period to hold output signal even though measured value goes below the setting value. When the operating mode is manual, output signal is held until next measurement starts.

SC-3120 Sound calibrator (Class 2)/ SC-2500 Sound calibrator (Class 1)/ SC-2120A Sound calibrator (Class 2)


The SC-3120, SC-2500 and SC-2120A are sound calibrators which are indispensable for sound measurement, conforming to JIS C1515:2004 and IEC 60942:2003. The SC-3120 is Class 1/C piston-phone type and outputted sound pressure at 250 Hz and 114 dB. The SC-2500 is Class 1 type sound calibrator with 1000 Hz and 114 dB output. It uses the sound pressure feedback control method to control fluctuations in sound pressure caused by static pressure to generate a stable sound pressure even if the operating environment changes. SC-3120 and SC-2500 are recommended sound calibrator for LA-1411/1441/4441. The SC-2120A is Class 2 speaker type sound calibrator with 1 kHz and 94 dB output.

LA-0207A+LA-0208A All-weather windscreen

Outline Using the all-weather type windscreen reduces noise caused by the wind when performing sound level measurements outdoors, and prevents the microphone from being damaged by rain or snow. Screen diameter:Φ 200 mm
Mounting screw:1/4-20 UNS depth 6(screw for tripod attachment) * Applicable to JIS C 1509-1:2005 and IEC 61672-1:2002 when the LA-0207A and LA-0208A are attached to the sound level meter.

Standard tripod for use with sound level meter. The maximum of height is 161.5 cm and minimum height can be reduced to less than 10 cm by reversing the tripod and attaching the center pole to the sound level meter.
