Pass/fail judgment on a production line
(using LA-7500, a transmitter, CF-4700, and a PLC)
Output the sine sweep signal from a signal transmitter, and then measure the sound from the speaker with the LA-7500 (Sound level meter). By input the AC output signal from the LA-7500 into the CF-4700 (FFT Comparator), you can display the X axis as frequency, Y axis as sound pressure level.
Analysis with the Peak average function of the power spectrum allows the display both X axis as frequency and Y-axis as sound pressure level.
The Pass/fail judgment is made according to the level of Y-axis. You can control a judgment result, measurement start/stop signal by a PLC.
The combination of the MI series (microphone) + MI-3111 (preamplifier) and SC-2500 (Sound calibrator) are also available instead of the LA-7500 series.
