Separate the microphone from main unit of
LA-1441A and set it at the boundary line between factory
and private house which is required noise monitoring.
Then place the main unit of LA-1441A in the office away
from the microphone 200 m. The continuous measurement
function of LA-1441A enables monitoring the sound level
by measuring the time-average sound level (equivalent
continuous sound level, Leq) over again, for example in
1 hour. (Microphone can be separated from the main unit
of LA-1441A maximum at 305 m.)

The LA-1441A can store the measurement data
in the internal memory and recall them. The stored
measurement data can be transferred to the PC via USB or
RS-232C interface.

Also, installing LA-0141 comparator output
function (option) allows the LA-1441A to lighten the external
alarm lamp when the sound level exceeds the setup value.
