Error of the torque detector setting.

Rotation direction of the motor attached to the torque detector.

Switch the rotation direction of the motor.

Attachment of the drive side or load side.

Set up the torque detector again.

Measures the overload.

Try to measure after relieving the load.

Replace with the suitable capacity torque detector.

The value remains zero. The torque signal is not applied. The TQR light is not turned on. The power of the torque detector is not turned on. Set the rotation direction switch to CW /CCW.

Torque is not correct.

Setting error

Reset each item.

Rotation speed is not correct.

Setting error

Setting of the rotation direction selecting switch and P/R selecting switch.

Reset each item.

Zero point is not correct.

Torque zero correction value has not been set.

Setting of the torque zero correction value.

Set the torque zero correction value.

Operate the overload measurement.

Setting of torque zero correction value, torque acting on the measurement object, made or not made sudden start/stop.

Contact your nearest distributor or send us an email.

Shaft torque is applied while stopping.

Remove the shaft connection to confirm the zero point.

Change of the zero point is not necessary when it is positioned correctly.

Analog voltage is not output.

Minus voltage is output due to the setting error of torque detector.

Whether the displayed torque is minus or minus voltage is output.

Refer to the above “Minus torque is displayed”.
