How can the target measurement object is magnified and displayed under the microscope object observation system?

The microscope object observation system is the system which monitors the microscope object with a combination of the video monitor unit (LV-0180) and the objective lens (LV-0155). The target measurement object is magnified by the miniature CCD camera and while checking the TV monitor, it is measured by the irradiating laser light of the laser doppler vibrometer which is narrowed to around 3 µm by the objective lens. The target measurement object is magnified to around 280 times and displayed in the 15 inch monitor. Moreover, it is possible to check the target measurement object with higher magnification by using the 20× objective lens (LV-0152) when the target object is small.
