For the measurement of the mirror finished object, when the laser light is reflected directly forward to the sensor axis direction, it measures with the best S/N ratio. However, when the laser light is slantingly applied, it is necessary to use the reflective mark. When the reflective mark is used, it is possible to measure until the angle of around 45 degrees. However, the LV series can be only measured the vibration components of the sensor axis direction.
