AC and DC output

The output resistance is 50Ω±2% for both of AC and DC outputs. Neither output can drive the 50Ω terminal resistant. Please make sure to use the device with an input impedance of 10kΩ or higher.

1. AC output

AC output always contains an error (max, 15%), so make sure to use it after calibration by using an electric calibration signal. With the AC output in normal and wide ranges after analog processing, the signal is output in original form. In the dual measurement, the main signal is outputted.

When the octave filter option is used, a signal which passed through the digital filter is output from the D/A converter. The sampling rate in this case is 48 kHz. When the real time option is used, the ALLPASS1 signal is output.

2. DC output

A signal linked with bar indicators is output from the D/A converter. The update interval of bar indicator is 100 ms and that of the D/A converter is approximately 1.3 ms. Therefore, 10 ms dynamic characteristics is sufficient. The main signal is outputted in the dual measurement mode.

When the octave filter option is used, a signal which passed through the digital filter is output from the D/A converter. The sampling rate in this case is 48 kHz.

When reading the memory data, the bar indicator agrees with the read data and the currently input signal is output from the DS output. When the real time option is used, the ALLPASS1 signal is output in the same manner as the AC output.
