How to paste the list data of the spectrum to an EXCEL sheet by the DS-0221

The following "Procedure 1" explains to copy and paste the list of the spectrum data into a spreadsheet EXCEL. Also, the following "Procedure 2" explains to store the list display value in text (txt) format.

 

In the following, the operation procedure of the menu is explained as ([Display] > [List Display Set]).

 

■Procedure 1

Please follow the procedure below to paste the list display data of the power spectrum to an EXCEL sheet. Display the list screen as shown in the figure of the procedure 2. Set the display method by selecting [Display] > [List Display Set] in the menu. Set [List number: 10, in frequency order]. Select [Edit] > [Copy Setup] on the menu to open "COPY Set" dialog box.

 

 

Set each item in the "COPY Set" as shown in the following figure, such as "Text".

 

 

Click the screen which you want to copy to activate it. "CH1: Power spectrum" is turned into blue characters.

 

 

Select [Edit] > [Copy] from the menu. (Or, display a pull up menu by right-click the CH1 screen, and select [Copy].)

 

 

Start an Excel and paste the copied list data to any cell in the Excel sheet to insert it.

The following figure is an example of pasting the list data to an Excel sheet by above procedure.

 

 

■Operation procedure 2

Please follow the operation below to store the list display value as text (txt) format.

 

Select [File] > [Save Select Data] on the menu to open the "Save Select Data" dialog box. Store the data after putting the check mark on the ListText store which is displayed after selecting type of file: TextFile (*.txt). The serial number is added to the file name as follows and two files of spectrum data and list data are created.
