DR-7100 has a clock which is backed up by an internal battery.
Although the internal battery is charged when an AC adapter or battery cells (size AA battery) is attached, when the internal battery is not used for a long period of time, the clock display might not work caused by discharge electricity.
Please initialize DR-7100 in the following procedures if in such a condition.
<Precautions concerning clock initialization>
·Before initialization, please charge the internal battery sufficiently.
·Before initialization, please back up the setting of the measurement conditions. They also are initialized at the same time when the internal clock is initialized.
1. The setting of measurement conditions are able to be saved to an SD card.
Press keys in the following order <MENU> →<COND_R/W>→<WRITE>, and enter the file number to be saved as .
Please check the condition setting file on a PC after you save. The file is saved to “ONO_DR7100/COND” in the SD card.
2. Make sure the power of the DR-7100 is turned off.
3. Start the DR-7100 in the initialization mode.
Press POWER key while pressing PLAY key (lower part center) of the DR-7100 to start.
Keep pressing the PLAY key until the normal measurement screen appears.
4. When the DR-7100 is started and the measurement screen appears, turn off the power of the DR-7100.
5. And again turn the power on, then correctly set the time.
