It takes 13 seconds or less. |

Is there any state which shows the
completion of the loading of panel condition? |
No, there isn’t.
There is a method to use the command that acquire the current
state as an alternative. In the use of RS-232C, when TRC (Reads
the time) and LBC (Reads the panel condition label) command are
sent, the time and label are returned after completion of the
panel condition loading, so it enables to confirm the loading
completion. In the use of external control (LAN connect),
sending the state acquisition command can be an alternative
method. For the state acquisition command, please refer to the
instruction manual of the CF-4500 External Control Function
Reference Guide of [5.12 Status Acquisition Commands]. |

How long does it take to output
the judgment results after the measurement (average processing)? |
It takes 300 msec or less with the block mode
(FFT line number: 800, judgment block: 5). |

The judgment block differs
depending on the target object. Is it possible to change the
judgment block without switching the panel condition? |
If the measurement condition is stable and
each measurement object has only one judgment block, it is
possible to use the 4 level comparator function of the input
contact. Select one judgment block to set ON from four judgment
blocks. This function can be used for both block comparator and
shape comparator according to the combination of short-circuit
IN1 (input 1 contact terminal) or IN2 (input 2 contact terminal)
on the rear panel. |

Is it possible to have a hardcopy
of the screen of the CF-4500? |
There is no printout command in the main unit
of the CF-4500. |

Please use the following USBs which have been
already confirmed the operation.

What kind of communication command
can be registered to the input contact? |
It is possible to register the RS-232C command
and external control command.
For each command, please refer to the instruction manual of the
CF-4500 [RS-232C] or [External Control Function Reference
Guide]. |

Is it possible to set AND or OR to
each block when several judgment blocks are set? |
It is not possible to set AND or OR to each
block. For NG judgment condition, set one of "ALL" or "ONE".
When all blocks are judged as NG, the total judgment result
becomes NG, if you set to "ALL".
When any of one block is judged as NG, the total judgment result
becomes NG, if you set to "ONE". |

By setting START CLEAR ON, the
judgment results on the screen are cleared every time the
command is started.
The main unit screen of the CF-4500 shows "-", but the I/O
judgment is continuously outputted. Is it possible to output
corresponding to the judgment display of the screen? |
The judgment output of the terminal is saved
until the next judgment result, even if the judgment screen of
the CF-4500 shows "-".
To clear the output, it is necessary to turn the COMPARE key to
OFF and ON.
To operate Averaging start > Judgment > Averaging start (Clear
the judgment result at this time) continuously, assign the
command (In the use of RS-232C, it is AST CMS CMT) which
corresponds to average start or judgment OFF/ ON to any terminal
of Input relay by using the digital I/O. When this terminal is
turned ON, COMPARE is turned OFF/ON together with the averaging
start. The main unit screen shows "-" to turn the judgment
result OFF. |

When the CF-4500 has CF-0458 Power
source backup function, is it ok to turn the main power
immediately after the CF-4500 is started? |
If you turn the main power OFF immediately
after the CF-4500 is started, it will be not normally finished
even the CF-0458 is equipped. Please continue conducting at
least 15 minutes or more after main power is supplied. |

When the panel condition is
loaded, the Input relay set to main unit is cleared. Is it
possible to save the setting condition of the Input relay to the
panel condition? |
If the version of the main unit is 1.0.0.102
or before, the setting condition of the digital I/O is not
reflected to the panel condition. Please check the version of
the main unit by operating the soft key [CONDITION] > [COND.
VIEW] in this order. |

When the CF-4500 main unit is
started, WAVE MODE is turned OFF. Is it possible to turn the
WAVE MODE ON? |
If the version of the main unit is 1.0.0.102
or before, the setting condition of the WAVE MODE is not
reflected to the panel condition. Please check the version of
the main unit by operating the soft key [CONDITION] > [COND.
VIEW] in this order. |

Is it possible to manage data of
several CF-4500s in one PC by the external control function? |
It might be possible, but there is no
performance guarantee. Command cannot be sent to several units
of the CF-4500 at the same time.
When you send command from the program to a unit of CF-4500,
please wait the response to start sending command to the other
unit. |

In which timing is the OUTPUT
RELAY of [PANEL COND READ] to short-circuit and return to open? |
It is short-circuited approx. 1.2 seconds
before the panel condition load is completed. After 1.2 seconds,
it returns to open state. INPUT, RELAY or RS232C command can be
accepted after checking that it is in open state. |
