• The above example shows how to detect the damages (deformation, flaws) to resin gear teeth and foreign objects trapped inside the audio and visual product. This system using the VC-2200 vibration comparator allows quantification of the abnormalities and more reliable and effective automatic inspection. Also it ensures that all products are inspected for consistent quality on production line.
   
• The VC-2200 can be setup two frequency bands and make Pass/Fail judgment based on the rms or the peak value on each band. Also the VC-2200 has effective functions such as comparator delay time setup function and auto operation function. The comparator delay time setup function removes the unwanted signal at the time of starting measurement, and the auto operation function can control the timing of judgment by inputting the gate signal from external device such as PLC*.
   
• By connecting a pair of commercially sold headphones to the VC-2200, it is possible to make an hearing check of the vibrating sound. Moreover, it can be used instead of conventional stethoscopic probe. Output signals are provided for each band, enabling an observation for vibration phenomenon on each frequency band separately.
