Before measurement, reset the each value of measurement point with molded product as a master. Next, apply the work under measurement to the reference point. And then the measured value of each sensor shows the difference compared to the mastered value.

In this example, presetting the upper- / lower acceptable limit for the DS-4340 enables to make OK/NG decision and outputs its result as a signal.
