This configuration makes OK/NG decision on the line whether the dimension of processed part is manufactured within the range of allowable value or not.

The DG-4340 digital gauge counter can display the measurement result visually. When the measured value against the setting value is either "Lower" or "Upper", the backlight of LCD changes into red color.

The DG-4340 can make screening by exporting a signal into sequencer with BCD output. (Data of DG-4340 is updated every 25ms. Read BCD data by PLC after HOLD signal input. )
