Q-1-5 Rotation tracking analysis of a transmission unit and quality control on computer through LAN
- This configuration performs rotation-tracking analysis for an inspection process of a transmission unit and performs quality control based on variation of vibration level along with the rotating speed. The CF-9200A portable 2ch FFT analyzer with the CF-0922 tracking analysis software can perform tracking analysis of variation of the vibration level of the rotational order component along with increase or decrease of rotating speed.
By adding The CF-0947 external control function to the CF-9200A and connecting with a computer through a LAN cable, the CF-9200A can be remotely controlled with the customer's program (Visual studio, VB, C#, Excel 2007, etc.), for instance, start/stop of analysis, condition setting, or analysis data retrieval to the computer can be performed through the LAN. This enables online quality control without difficulty.
