Phenomenon:

• When I press [START] button to operate the tracking (constant time tracking) with the DS-0221, it stops immediately. The number of store block is stayed at 0.




• When I press [START] button to perform the time trend or rotation tracking with the DS-0223, it does not start as 0 %, or it stops before the progress reaches 100 %. Trend graph is displayed, but the data is not correct.

 

Cause:

New temporary file cannot be made because a huge amount of temporary files (DS21*.tmp) made by offline analysis library are remained.

 

Countermeasure:

1. 1. Delete the "DS21*.tmp" file from the temporary folder.
   The default pass for the temporary folder is as follows.
   <User name>: Logged on user name
   • In the use of Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<User name>\Local Settings\Temp
   • In the use of Windows 7: C:\Users\<User name>\AppData\Local\Temp

2. 2. In case you are worried about changing the temporary folder directly, please use the following tool to clean up the "temporary folder".
