Since the PP-010A Slit Disk is made of a 0.5 mm-thick metal plate, face deflections or distortions may occur owing to excessive vibrations such as those from a rotating device. In that case, put the PP-010A Slit Disk between two discal plates and reinforce it as in the following figure, in order to prevent face deflections or distortions.

We provide reinforcing plates to prevent any face deflections or distortions. The reinforcing plates for the PP-010A are made to order; therefore we ask that you contact your nearest distributor or Ono Sokki for more details. In addition, we also provide the PP-011B Slit Disk with two reinforcing plates as a standard attachment. Specifications of the PP-010A and the PP-011B are as follows.
