How to judge rise or fall of vibration value of the rotation tracking analysis
(The measurement condition and rotation speed range of rise and fall are the same, the judgment shape is different.)

Set the measurement condition, schedule condition and judgment condition in the panel condition memory beforehand and save them. Set it to start up in this condition at power on.

 

Use the 4 LEVEL COMP function to switch between sharp 1 (for rise judgment) and sharp 2 (for fall judgment). 4 levels can be switched by using the 1 and 2 of DI. Only 2 levels are used in here, so switch them with DI1.

 

When both of DI1 and DI2 are OFF, it is set to Sharp 1. When DI1 is ON and DI2 is OFF it is set to Sharp 2. The state of ON or OFF of DI1 and DI2 are maintained. ON of other terminals are approx. 100 ms.

 

The following is the registration example of command DI3 or later.
