This example shows how to measure and
monitor the sound level by using continuous measurement
function of LA-1441A. For example, measure the maximum
value and time-average sound level (equivalent
continuous sound level, Leq) continuously for an hour.
This continuous measurement function allows long time
measurement at fixed point outdoors.

The LA-1441A can store the measurement data
automatically in the internal memory. The stored
measurement data can be transferred to the PC via USB or
RS-232C interface.

When the more accurate measurement is
required, we recommend the use of LA-4441A Class1 precision
integrating sound level meter.
