The LA-1411 is cost-effective integrating sound level meter with simple operation. It measures and displays the sound which is generated from machine during operation at every one second over again. The LA-1411 has a function to measure the maximum value and time-average sound level (equivalent continuous sound level, L_eq) of time duration from start to stop.

The LA-1411 is suitable for the measurement of time-average sound level (equivalent continuous sound level, Leq) which is defined by various laws including ISO14000.

Select several points to measure sound level which are expected to have high sound level around the position of operator’s ears. The measurement position must be at 1 m away from the machinery and 1.2 m to 1.5 m above on the floor surface.
