When the detection distance between the target object and the LV-2100 (A) is set to the minimum length (100 mm) and the laser light is focused to the target object, the spot diameter of the laser light is around 15 µm. When the detection distance becomes longer than 100 mm, the spot diameter of the focused laser light is increased in proportion to the distance.
