DFT (FFT) extracts a certain data block from long continuous temporal axis waveforms and executes finite Fourier transform. It means a window created by cutting out FFT-processed finite time series data from the long time series data, which is source data. The window is referred to as a FFT time window and the time length is referred to as a time window length.
