Vibration resistance and shock resistance of LC-8300

<Resistance to vibration>

The LC-8300 has the vibration resistance that can clear the following tests.

【3G (29.4 m/s2)/10 to 150 Hz】

 

Test condition: Exciting the LC-8300 while operating with input voltage AC 100 V / 50 Hz

*Vibration acceleration: 3 G (29.4 m/s2) *Frequency range: 10 to 150 Hz sine wave vibration

*Number of cycles: 20 cycles(approx. 2 hours and half)

*Excitation direction: each direction of X, Y and Z

*Operation condition: current test/monitoring abnormality during a test by input of false signal input to antenna using a simulator

(Judging criteria)

1. Having no damage, no deformation.

2. Having no influence to the value of signal output of a test specimen during a test

 

 

<Shock resistance>

The LC-8300 has the shock resistance that can clear the following tests.

【40 G (392 m/s2)】

 

Test condition: Give a shock as follows and check operation of the LC-8300 after the test

*Shock acceleration: 392 m/s2 (40 G)

*Shock giving time: 13 ms *Shock applying direction: Directions of X, Y, and Z for each three times for each/shock of nine times in total

*Operating condition: non-energizing

(Judging criteria)

1. Having no abnormality of mechanical function.

2. Having no damage and malfunction of internal electric parts

·Able to turn on

·No abnormality in velocity display, velocity analog output, and distance pulse output of an operating test.
