The DG-5100 is a high-resolution gauge counter having integrated structure. This counter achieves input frequency at 3 MHz which is high speed of ten times compared to conventional counter. (equivalent to a spindle velocity of 300 mm/s at GS-3800 series)

The DG-5100 provides various calculation functions as standard such as condition memory, range (MAX value – MIN value) display, and offset value setting. Up to three optional cards can be installed in combination to add following five functions.

4. RS-232C communication function
5. DC power supply functio

Features

The DG-5100 has improved counting speed to use with the linear gauge sensor at 0.1-µm resolution. It achieves the counting function of 1.2 m/s or equivalent that is same as the linear gauge of 1-µm resolution by spindle speed conversion.

The required functions can be assembled by selecting and installing optional boards on rear panel such as BCD output, analog output and comparator output.

Sensors at 10-µm or 1-µm resolution can be used with. (required for connector conversion cable, sold separately)
