With large sized LCD featured on the TS-3200, it may offer easy view of measuring results for an operator. Display item on main display can be chosen as what an user wants to see, among torque, revolution and power, furthermore, max. 7 items, max. value, min. value, peak to peak value, ripple ratio, can be displayed one time, using sub display function combined with main display, easy setup operation can be realized through key input on the panel. In addition, the TS-3200 provides a variety of interface, including which is sold as optional function, such as remote input/output for control, analogue output, BCD output, comparator, RS-232C, and GP-IB. It may expand possibility of data communication with external equipment for control and data processing.

  • Large sized LCD

  • N-0 torque value compensation function provided so that it can ensure high accurate measurement for torque at ±0.2 % FS.

  • A variety of interface for control and data communication can be provided. Standard input / output functions are analogue output and remote control input / output. Comparator output, BCD output, RS-232C interface and GP-IB interface can be chosen as optional function. (one kind of optional output or interface should be chosen exclusively.)

Remarks

  1. Option TS-0324, 0325 or 0326 should be exclusively installed on the TS-3200 Digital Torque Meter.  Only one kind of option among them can be available to install.
  2. Time constant of analogue output, in case of MD or SS-series torque detectors being used in combination, should be set at 63ms or faster.
