Vibration from a large press machine often causes adverse affect on other production machines. For that reason, it is necessary to take countermeasures to reduce vibration of foundation. This example shows how to measure floor vibration using the VR-6100 to figure out how much of vibration is generated.

The vibration from a press machine is similar phenomena with impulse excitation and it has relatively high frequency (200 Hz or more). Our original way of LvF measurement (0.7 to 355Hz) mode enables performing required vibration test and accurate evaluation.
