• The VC-2200/VC-3200 vibration comparator can makePass/Fail judgment by overall vibration value of motor as well as detecting the problem of internal bearing by specifying and taking measures of the frequency band which leads to the abnormality. The VC-2200 enables automatic inspection of products to ensure consistent quality by replacing the sensory test (especially for the hearing test) by operator. When you need to detect flaws of internal bearing of motor, we recommend the VC-3200 which has the power average calculation and judgment function.
   
• The VC-2200 can be setup two frequency bands and make Pass/Fail judgment based on the rms or the peak value on each band. Also the VC-2200 has effective functions such as comparator delay time setup function and auto operation function. The comparator delay time setup function removes the unwanted signal at the time of starting measurement, and the automatic operation function can control the timing of judgment by inputting the gate signal from external such as PLC*.
   
• By connecting a pair of commercially sold headphones to the VC-2200, it is possible to make hearing check of the vibrating sound. Moreover, it can be used instead of conventional stethoscopic probe. Output signals are provided for each band, enabling an observation for vibration phenomenon on each frequency band separately.

nThe instrument to put the accelerometer onto the motor under measurement and the operation control panel in the above figure which VC-2200 is built-in are prepared by customer.
