It can measure rotational speed simply by affixing 12mm-square reflective mark (dedicated) on the surface or edge of rotating shaft. It detects the reflected light of a visible red light from the reflective mark on the rotating body and displays the rotational speed.

Measurement can be performed safely at a distance ranging form 20 to 300 mm.

Measurement can be performed at the range from 4 r/min to 50,000r/min. (Enable to measure at a lower speed by affixing multiple reflective marks. 1 to 8 pieces.)
