High-response torque converter
The TQ-5200 High-response torque converter, used with the TQ-2000 series High-stiffness torque detector, can convert the pulse output of the detector to digital torque value and analog voltage output. Conversion to analog output is done at every pulse cycle in periodic calculation method, allowing fast response. The remote I/O, communication and torque interlocking functions useful for system up are provided as standard.
Features
· Compact size (210 mm in width x 44 mm in height x 200 mm in depth)
· Use of fluorescent display tube allows easy reading of measurement values and setup menus.
· Isolated analog output enables easy connection with a control system, a recorder, data processing equipment, and so on.
· Easy system up with RS-232C and remote I/O (provided as standard)
· Fast value judgment every one period by the Interlocking function
· Three torque interlocking channels are provided. Two channels can be arbitrarily set from 0 to ±capacity. One channel is fixed at 110 % of capacity.
· Factor high resolution function (TQ-0251) is added for high accuracy measurement and multi-range measurement.
High accuracy measurement: Factor can be set up to the first decimal place.
Measurement with high accuracy is enabled.
Multi-range measurement *: A measurement of the different torque capacity is possible with one torque detector.
* Depending on a torque range, it has some conditions for usage. A meeting before an order is necessary.
