O-Solution DS-5000 FAQ

Click Log in to the Support Page. Register your product and log in via the support page. The product EID is required to log in.

The method for obtaining the EID is as follows: Click the "Start" button → "Onosokki O-Solution" → "License Manager" to launch the License Manager.
Once the License Manager is open, select your license, and you can view the EID. You can copy the EID by clicking "Copy EID."
Please log in with the EID from "Trial License," "Standalone License," "Network License," or "USB Key License" on the support page.
