Click ”Start" --> "Onosokki O-Solution" --> "License Manager", License Manager starts.
Then, you can check the EID by selecting the license you are using.
You can copy the EID from "Copy EID".
Please log in to the support page using the EID of the license you are using: "Trial License", "Standalone License", "Network License", or "USB key License".
