Cannot connect to a hardware

In the [Hardware Connection] dialog, the network you want to connect is not displayed at [Network].

Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP / IPv6) may not be enabled. Please check the setting as follows.

If you are unable to connect even after making these settings, please check the firewall and security software settings.

  1. Click the search icon at the left bottom of PC and enter “network connections” to open the dialog.
  2. Double-click the network you are using to display “Ethernet Status”.
  3. Click “Properties” (red frame) to display “Ethernet Properties”.
  4. Please check if Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP / IPv6) (red frame) is checked. If not, check it and click the OK button. Then, check if you can connect to the hardware.
