LC-5200 System

The LC-5200 system covers wide measuring range from 1.5 – 320 km/h. The system is designed to support the ultra high-speed data acquisition intended for high-speed vehicles. The data can be saved to the various formats depending on the types of running tests (e.g. standing-start acceleration, passing acceleration, coast-down, brake, etc.) and printed out automatically or manually from built-in printer. Data storage capacity is approximately 1500 STEP. The data can be saved to the compact flash memory.
Compared to conventional products, the LC-5200 system has the capability to save data for a longer period of time. By using with the FP series volumetric type flow detectors (this is an optional setting) enables the LC-5200 to perform fuel consumption tests (constant fuel consumption test, fuel consumption pattern test). The amount and rate of fuel consumption obtained by the tests are printed out. The LC-5200 system is a portable attaché-case type which is convenient for carry out. Moreover, the system has been improved its performance and functions, and thereby improved the usability.

Options

The FP Series flow detectors are compact, lightweight volumetric-type flow meters that are ideal for in-vehicle mounting. Three measurement ranges are provided: 0.06 to 60R/h, 0.3 to 120R/h, and 1 to 1440R/h. Fuel quantities from micro-capacity flows during idling through to large-capacity flows under highspeed, high-load conditions can be measured. Moreover, a function for detecting the direction of rotation compensates for errors caused by pulsating or back flows enables highly accurate measurement within ±0.2% or ±0.5% of the reading.
