How to check a customer number of DS-3000 series

A) Check the tag mounted to the protection key

all the alphanumeric characters (includes symbols, hyphens) described in a red dotted frame.

B) Check the KeyViewer

1. Connect a USB (or parallel) protection key to a PC.
2. From a PC "Start menu", select in the following order "All the program"→"ONO SOKKI DS-3000"→"Share"→"KeyViewer" .
3. KeyViewer is activated and the license information is displayed. Enter the alphanumeric character which is described as "Customer Number" in the window.
