Bench test support application

This is application software to support efficiency improvement in the increasingly complex vehicle bench tests. This software describes test flows in flowchart and therefore makes test customization easier.

It is so flexible and expandable application software that it enables advanced automatic driving, such as controlling external devices as well as describing a driving pattern.

Throttle Actuator

Throttle actuator provides automatic remote control of throttle opening and accelerometer pedal for engine bench testing and chassis dynamo testing of completed vehicles. TC series are usable in a wide range of applications including durability test, performance test, and transient test.

Product information

TQ-2000 series is a torque detector with high-stiffness and high-response for measuring the torque variation of an engine or a power train applied to the shaft. Because of a very high flexural rigidity and high torsional rigidity, fluctuating torque is accurately measured. As the detector is flange type without bearing, it can be connected to a rotating shaft directly. The slim and space-saving design enables easy mounting.

OC-1300 series is software that makes it possible to create reports smoothly and easily to anyone from huge amount of data. You can layout axis freely on a graph by dragging mouse and easily create multi-axis graphs such as complicated engine performance graph etc.

OS-2000 series Time-series Data Analysis Software


The OS-2000 series allows you to edit and analyze long time-series data freely which is not able to be handled by Microsoft® Excel®.
Original formats of other company’s recorders are able to be used as well as general-purpose formats of CSV and WAVE.
In addition, simultaneous display layout and overlapping can be performed smoothly without restrictions by the kind of data format or the number of sampling frequency.

Sound source visualization system



This system enables visualization of the sound source that is emitted from engine or transmission in real-time by color display.
Analyzing the sound while the probe microphone is moved allows checking the sound source position by eyes and ears. The effectiveness of the countermeasure is able to be checked soon during operation.
