Stepping Motor Torque Measuring System

Photo (PV-7300 Stepping Motor Station)

The PV-7300 Stepping Motor Station is the PC based automatic torque measurement system, featuring Window® platform as the operating environment and it can easily realize stepping motor evaluation in simple operation.
It can automatically acquire the data required for evaluations of stepping motors and motor drivers and measured data can be shown in the graph.
The application software is activated on the main unit of the Torque Station and the system offers easy operation to get 7 major characteristics in stepping motor evaluation such like Pull-in, Pull-out, θ-T, Holding torque, Detent torque, Damping characteristics and Position angle.
A variety of torque detectors combined with the PV-7300 system can be chosen according to torque capacity.

Features

  • Easy to operate, with Windows® based operating environment

  • Support for a variety of stepping motors in measurement

  • A variety of torque detector combined, depending on torque capacity and revolution range

  • Ensure precise torque measurement at ± 0.2% F.S

  • Can measure and evaluate 7 major characteristics of stepping motor

  • Automatic measurement by clicking the start button

  • Graphic display can show necessary data curves such like Pull-in, Pull-out, θ-T, Holding torque, Detent torque, Damping characteristics and Position angle.

  • Setup conditions and measured data can be stored in the memory on the hard disc of the PV-7300
