LC-8100 GPS Speedometer System

 

This GPS-based speedometer precisely measures horizontal speed and distance, also useful for running tests of acceleration or braking etc. Compact and light weight system can be easily mounted on a vehicle.

Even under bad GPS signal reception, standard IMU unit can make precise and stable measurement at update cycle of 100 Hz. Connecting the LC-8100 to a PC enables GPS setting, measurement condition setting and logging of measurement data such as speed or distance.

Features

  • Adopting GPS-based sensor, the measurement is not affected by weather or road surface conditions.

  • The combination of the latest GPS engine and IMU unit allows precise measurement with high update rate of 100 Hz, delay time of 5 ms.

<Measurement Examples>

The LC-0810 allows the LC-8100 to accept analog signal (up to 8-ch) and pulse signal (up to 2-ch) such as engine rotation of the TH-6100 or fuel flow rate of the DF-210B.
